Our Story

Founded by designer Chen Burkett, Chen Burkett New York celebrates bold color, personal style, and Caribbean heritage. Growing up in St. John’s, Antigua, Chen learned to sew after struggling to find clothing that fit her properly. That early skill grew into a passion for creating expressive clothing inspired by her upbringing, travels, and love of vibrant prints. Today, the brand creates distinctive pieces that encourage women to embrace color, confidence, and individuality.
