Returns and exchanges


Village returns submitted in-store or by mail are refunded to your original method of payment. Regular and freight shipping are not refunded upon return.

Debit or Credit Card

Debit and Credit Card Refunds will be available in up to 7-10 business days.

If your purchase was made using a debit or credit card, any refund is issued to that same card. If the card is no longer valid, your refund will be issued via a Village Retail gift card.

Return in-store with a receipt (7- day return Policy)

Refunds are given on merchandise purchased within the last 7 days. Products must be in a new condition with all tags attached. If you have your receipt, we will refund your original method of payment.

Exchange in-store Items without receipt ( 8-14 day Policy)

Exchanges will be given on merchandise  than has been purchased with the last 8-14 days with no receipt.  Products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached. If you don’t have your receipt, show us your valid, government-issued photo ID. If your ID information matches the one stored in our secure database, your return will be accepted.

You can choose to do one of the following:

·   Exchange the item with another item

·   Get a Village Retail gift card

Can I return merchandise that has been worn, or used, or the vendor is no longer in the store?

No, we will not accept a return of merchandise that has been:

·   Worn

·   Washed

·   Damaged

·   Used

·   Altered

·   Returned without attached designer/vendor/creator tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included

·   Smoky

·   Pet hairs

·   Discontinued Designers/Vendors/Creators


What items cannot be returned to the Village Retail

·   Vitamins, CBD

·   Gift Cards

·   Perishables- Food

·   Personal/Beauty (shampoos, conditioners, soaps, deodorants, body butter, body oils, beard care, face products, makeup, etc.)

·   Worn items

·   Swimwear

·   Earrings

· Discontinued Designer/Vendor/Creator Products

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once it has been submitted and/or obtains a tracking number. If you do not wish to keep the package, you may refuse it upon delivery to be returned to the business merchant. Most importantly, contact the business directly and  refer to their policies.

Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19, all orders are being processed and shipped within 12 to 14 business days. USPS are experiencing delays and unfortunately, we cannot account for that timeline.

We look at a number of things: brand quality, uniqueness of product and overall business acumen. Brands must have experience with inventory management.
