Shanicia Boswell is the founder of Black Moms Blog - a community of more than 500k women that talks parenting, culture, and lifestyle from a Black mom’s point of view. After noticing the lack of representation in the Black birthing world, she authored the best seller book “Oh Sis, You’re Pregnant!: The Ultimate Guide To Black Pregnancy and Motherhood. Oh Sis, You’re Pregnant! aims to educate Black and pregnant mothers on using their voice through their pregnancy, ultimately to held change the statistics as it pertains to Black Maternal Health.
