Add A Product

To submit your products, please go to  Inventory > Add A New Product

  • Please submit one product at a time 
  • Do not submit inventory at this time 
  • We strongly recommend you include additional photos such as lifestyle, detail shots, how to, etc.
  • The product description is your chance to give the customer full details of your product.
  • All clothing items are required to have a size chart.

Product Images  

This is one of the most important sections of your listing. This is the  customer’s first interaction with your product. All photos must be  professionally shot and edited. 

Below are the 3 types of product images we are requesting: 

  1. Main Product Image (Required)
  2. Alt Product Image (Highly Recommended)
  3. Size Chart Image (Required for all clothing items)

Product Images 

  • The product being sold should be the focal point of the image and clear at a glance. All images must  be high resolution. 
  • Image must include all pieces included in the set, if applicable. 
  • Image must show the product in its default state (ex. front facing, closed product jar, etc)
  • The product should not be obscured by other products in the image. 
  • Image cannot have text in the image (unless the product itself has text on it). This means no pack  feature highlights, brand logos, or part numbers in the photo. 
  • Additional images such as detailed (close-up) and lifestyle (product in a setting relevant to the  product) shots are highly recommended.

Preferred - 2,000 x 2,000 pixels, 72 dpi;
Minimum - 1,000 x 1,000 pixels, 72 dpi
First product image on white background, only.

    Size Chart Image & Variants 

    Size Chart Image Requirements: 

    Preferred - 2,000 x 2,000 pixels, 72 dpi
    Minimum - 1,000 x 1,000 pixels, 72 dpi

    • Clothing and Accessory brands with products of varying sizes must have a size chart as a high resolution image like the example shown here. 
    • Must be clear and show all sizes 
    • If a product has variants, such as multiple colors and sizes, please group it as one product; as displayed on the drop-down menu in this example.

    Product Descriptions 

    • All items are required to have descriptions. It is important that the customer has as much information as possible so it's easier for them to decide. Please be as detailed as possible. 
    • Examples of additional details required: 

    ○ Clothing and Accessory - must have material specs and care instructions.  

    ○ Beauty and Wellness - must have key ingredients and known allergens. 

    ○ Jewelry - must include sizing and material including finishes to the stones. 

    ○ Food and Beverage - must have ingredients listed, including known allergens.
