To cancel an event, kindly ensure to notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations made on the day of the event. To ensure a consistent and cohesive appearance, we kindly request that all Creators/Makers/Artisans use a tablecloth in a natural/beige color. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a visually appealing and professional atmosphere for our guests.

To get to the Main parking lot, take the entrance at North Ave and make a right turn towards Pancake Social. The parking lot is gated, but the arms are typically raised. Drive past the first public parking lot on your right, and then the next public parking lot on your left. Continue straight up the ramp to the third floor parking deck, which provides access to both the trestle. Look for the entry arrows on the wall to guide you.
Parking is available on floors 2-5 of the parking deck at PCM for $15 per day. To pay for parking, please use the kiosk located near the entry doors, or download the Park Mobile App and use zone 222. We hope you find this information helpful and we look forward to seeing you at the event.

The PCM community is bustling with activity, as an estimated 800-1000 guests frequent the Shed and Trestle throughout the day. As a small staff, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide assistance with unloading and loading up your products. We kindly ask that you come prepared with any necessary equipment or personnel to facilitate the process. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your participation in our event.
Please note that we do not have a direct WiFi connection available for Creators/Makers/Artisans. However, there is a public platform accessible via the PCM guest site. For a more secure connection, we recommend that you use a personal hotspot. Thank you for your cooperation, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Restrooms for public use are available on the second floor of PCM, and can be accessed via the white staircase located next to the Village Retail's storefront. If you require any assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to approach one of our staff members. Should you need to satisfy your hunger, there are various food options available on both the first and second levels of PCM. Additionally, Kroger is conveniently located across from the Shed. To ensure your comfort during colder weather, we advise dressing in layers. In case of temperatures dropping to 60 degrees Fahrenheit or below, we provide heat lamps to keep you warm. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own personal heaters to ensure your extra comfort, as this is an outdoor event. We appreciate your understanding, and hope that you have an enjoyable time at the event. Please note that the Shed and Trestle are covered, but we still recommend dressing appropriately for varying weather conditions.
We suggest bringing a fan or any other cooling devices to keep you comfortable during particularly hot days. Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event, and while the Shed and Trestle are covered, it may still get warm. We want to ensure that all of our Creators/Makers/Artisans and guests are able to enjoy the event to the fullest, and appreciate your cooperation in preparing for varying weather conditions. Please note that we do not allow Creators/Makers/Artisans to share booths. If you wish to be located near a friend or colleague, we kindly ask that you both book your spots for the same day. On the day of the event, we will do our best to accommodate your requests and place you in proximity to one another. We kindly ask that you take your time when packing up your booth at the end of the event, as we will not be able to store any signage or products left behind. It is important to ensure that all items are properly packed and taken with you when you leave the event. As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality experience for all guests, we kindly ask that all Creators/Makers/Artisans remain at the event until its scheduled end time, and exit during your scheduled leave time. We have observed that Creators/Makers/Artisans who engage with guests tend to sell more products. We encourage you to interact with guests and showcase your products, as it can lead to a more successful and enjoyable event for both you and the guests. The Sunday Makers is a weekly event that will occur every Sunday, unless communicated otherwise via email. If the event needs to be canceled, Creators/ Makers/ Artisans will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please note that this event is held rain or shine.
We offer two packages for Creators/Makers/Artisans:
The Gold Package:
If you book and attend four consecutive markets, you will receive the fifth market free of cost. Please note that this offer is non-transferable and excludes holidays. After each booking, the package resets.
The Platinum Package:
After booking and attending eight markets, you will have the opportunity to vend in The Village Retail's Store Front on a Saturday from 1pm-4pm, free of charge. This is an approximately $300 value. Holidays are excluded. By purchasing either of these packages, you will be entered into a raffle to go live with our Social Media Manager. This will help to increase brand awareness among The Village Retail's audience, which can lead to increased revenue.
